This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the App. By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to the contents described in this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Trade Records: Transaction information such as stock symbols, quantities, amounts, transaction dates and times, and memos (stored only on your device and not transmitted to our servers)
• Support Inquiry Information: Your name, email address, and inquiry content (for support purposes)

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device model, operating system, OS version
• App Usage Information: Number of app launches, usage time, screen transitions, feature usage
• Crash Information: Technical information about app malfunctions or crashes
• Advertising Identifiers: Anonymous identifiers for ad delivery (Google Advertising ID, IDFA, etc.)

3. How We Use Information

The Company uses collected information for the following purposes:

• Provision, operation, maintenance, and improvement of the App
• Provision of customer support
• Investigation and correction of defects
• Development of new features and improvement of existing features
• Creation and analysis of statistical data (in a form that does not identify individuals)
• Display of advertisements (when using the Free Plan)
• Monitoring and responding to violations of Terms of Service
• Compliance with laws and fulfillment of legal obligations

4. Handling of Trade Records

4.1 Data Storage Location

Trade records are stored in the local database on your device. We do not provide cross-device synchronization functionality.

4.2 Cloud Backups

Depending on the settings of your device's operating system (iOS, Android, etc.), application data may be automatically backed up to cloud storage (iCloud, Google Drive, etc.). Management of such backups is subject to the privacy policies of each platform operator.

4.3 Information Provision for Support

Only when you provide trade records to the Company through screenshots, export files, or other means for troubleshooting or support requests, the Company will use such information solely for the purpose of improving the App and investigating defects. Information provided will not be disclosed to third parties.

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Company will not provide your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

5.1 Service Providers

The Company may share information with the following service providers for the operation of the App:

• Google LLC: App analytics, crash reporting, ad delivery (Google Analytics, Firebase, AdMob)
• Apple Inc.: App analytics, crash reporting (App Store Connect, TestFlight)

These providers handle information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

5.2 Legal Disclosure

The Company may disclose personal information when there is a legal disclosure request or when deemed necessary to protect legal rights, ensure safety, prevent fraud, etc.

5.3 Business Transfer

If the Company transfers all or part of its business, personal information may be provided to the transferee.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The App is a mobile application and does not use cookies that are used on websites. However, we may use similar technologies such as advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID, IDFA) for ad delivery and analytics.

You can reset advertising identifiers or limit ad tracking from your device settings.

The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage.

However, as information transmission over the Internet and electronic storage methods are not completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention Period

The Company retains collected personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use or as required by law.

• Trade Records: Stored only on device, retained until you delete the app
• Support Inquiry Information: Retained for 2 years after completion of inquiry response
• Analytics Data: Retained for up to 26 months after collection

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right of Access: Right to request disclosure of personal information held by the Company
• Right to Rectification: Right to request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Right to Deletion: Right to request deletion of personal information

10. Use by Minors

The App is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If it becomes apparent that an individual under 18 has provided personal information, the Company will promptly delete such information.

The Company may change this Privacy Policy as necessary. When making significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications or on the Company website. Continued use of the App after changes are made shall be deemed as acceptance of the changed Privacy Policy.
